What size dumpsters do you offer? |
For temporary services we offer: 3-yd, 12-yd, 15-yd, 20-yd and 30-yd (if available by area);
For permanent services we offer: 2-yd, 3-yd, 4-yd, and 6-yd. |
How do I add or remove services? |
To change your service, please contact the Sales Department at (970) 498-4085.

How do I get an extra pick-up? |
To receive an extra pick-up, please contact the Dispatch Department 24hours in advance.

How do I report a missed pick-up? |
If you have been accidentally missed, please contact our Dispatch Department right away. We require notice within 24 business hours.

How do I change or cancel an order? |
To cancel an order of a dumpster, please contact our Sales Department at (970) 498-4085.

What if I need to keep my temporary container longer or have it removed sooner? |
Please contact our Dispatch Department. They will accommodate you based upon your needs.

What are unacceptable materials? |

How far in advance do I need to order? |
We require at least 48 business hours notice to ensure we can accommodate you.
|
Will I be billed for extra weight? |
Yes. If your tonnage goes over the included tons quoted in your order, you will be charged an additional cost.

Is there a contract? What are the terms? |
We require a service agreement to be reviewed and signed prior to delivery of any equipment. The terms change based upon your type of service.

Why do you require up-front payment for on-going dumpster rental service? |
We require up-front payment due to the fact that it is usually a short-term service with a quick turn-around.

Do you offer locks and lids for your dumpsters? |
We offer locks and lids for permanent dumpsters. Please contact our Sales Department to order yours.

Do you offer bear-proof dumpsters? |
We offer bear-proof dumpsters for our mountain customers at an additional charge. Contact our Sales Department to order your bear-proof dumpster.

My equipment needs to be repaired; how can I get it fixed? Is there a charge? |
Please contact our Sales Department to schedule repair of your dumpster. We cover basic wear and tear, such as a broken wheel or lids at no additional charge. If above and beyond that, there may be a charge assessed.

Can the dumpster be placed in the street? |
Yes, as long as your street is not on a hill and it is O.K. with your local home owners association. However, in the city of Fort Collins you need an Encroachment Permit. Please contact the City of Fort Collins Engineering Department at (970) 221-6605.

How long can I keep the dumpster without any additional charge? |
We require all temporary services be dumped once per calendar month at no additional charge.

Hazardous waste includes anything labeled “toxic, hazardous” including:

Will my service be delayed by holidays? |
Certain commercial routes run as normal and others will be delayed by one day. Please contact the Dispatch Department at (970) 498-6574 to inquire what your holiday schedule will be.

Can I put my trash collection on hold? |
We do not offer “on-hold” services to commercial accounts.

Do you offer commercial recycling? |
Yes. We offer recycling to our commercial customers. Please contact the Sales Department for more information at (970) 498-4085.

How do I dispose of a large item? |
To dispose of a large item contact the Dispatch Department at (970) 484-6574.

How can I prevent people from dumping in my dumpster? |
You should consider getting a locking lid. If this is something that interests you, call our Sales Department at (970) 498-4085. Persons not authorized to use your dumpster is considered illegal dumping; contact the non-emergency police line.
