New Billing Changes
We have transitioned over to an enhanced billing system, effective May 31, 2022.
With this exciting change comes a new invoice look and enhanced digital solutions for you. The purpose of this webpage is to showcase the convenient ways to review your account and make a payment.
This system conversion requires you to take action to ensure you are utilizing the most up-to-date method(s) to pay your bill. These changes will impact you beginning when you receive a Republic Services’ branded invoice, like the one pictured.

Your account number has changed! See your enclosed invoice. Your account number can be found in the top right-hand corner of your invoice.
How Can You Pay or View Your Invoice Online?
There are now multiple ways to now pay your bill. Note: You will need to re-enroll on line for any automatic payment method(s).
Visit RepublicServices.com/pay-bill for a full list of payment options and to make changes to your account.

Online banking
Use your bank’s bill payment feature to make a payment. Select Republic Services as the biller and include your 12-digit account number (that begins with a “3”) in your setup.
By phone
Call 1-877-692-9729. Make sure you have your bill handy. You’II need your 12-digit account number (that begins with a “3”) and the ZIP code of the service address.
By mail
Mail your payment along with the remittance slip to the address on the bottom of your invoice. Write your 12-digit account number (that begins with a “‘3”) on your check. It’ll take 5 to 7 business days for a payment to post to your account.

EFT Payments
Payments may be made by ACH for non-residential customers to initiate electronic payments to all operating entities/business units. Visit RepublicServices.com/pay-bill to get started.
