I really appreciate the service provided by our trash pickup gentleman, Jim. This morning was a hectic one and I had forgotten to put the cans out for pickup. When I heard the truck coming down our street I sprinted out the front door to try and get them out before the truck passed by. I didn't think I would make it since I didn't get the drivers attention and he would have had no reason to see me coming out. But he did! And he waited. For what was probably close to 2 minutes while I grabbed the cans and brought them around. He saw me struggling with them and came up the driveway to help. I thanked him directly but wanted to take it a step further and make sure he was recognized for being an awesome member of your organization. I know that his day will be long and hard. I really appreciated that he took the time to help me today. Great people in your company can make a real difference in the world. The two of them really helped change the tone of my day today.
